La Cuchara is teaming up with producer González Byass to show off the magic of pairing Sherry with Basque inspired dishes. Each of the 5 courses will be paired with a different style of Sherry. Your taste buds will make the trek from Fino all the way to Pedro Ximenez while indulging in Chef's tasting menu.

To add to the experience, ambassadors from the González Byass winery will be here to discuss the unique Sherry production process and give tasting notes on the different wines. 


While all of these wines are spectacular, the following should be noted for their exceptional quality and rarity: Una Palma Fino, 1991 Vintage Palo Cortado, Noe Pedro Ximenez
